ROBIN-HOOD'S-BAY, (Yorkshire, N.R.) on the ocean, to the S. E. of Whitby, is about 1 m. broad; where is a village of
fishermen, who supply the city of York, and all the adjacent country, with herrings and all sorts of fish in their
seasons; and have wellboats, wherein are kept vast quantities of crabs and lobsters.
